I’m a therapist accredited in both counseling psychology and art therapy and am currently pursuing a PhD in psychotherapy. I believe we are shaped by both past and present experiences, each moment contributing to who we are today. I see the past not as something to run from, but as a guide that when embraced can help us grow into who we are meant to or wish to be. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where your unique story is honored. Through art, writing, music, dream work, and conversation, I offer support and guidance, walking beside you as you connect with your own healing inner strength in a safe and caring environment.
