Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Georgia. I received my Master's in Social Work from New York University and have been practicing since 2004. I help empower adults of all ages with tools they can use for a lifetime as they navigate and make sense of their life's experiences and challenges. It is truly sacred ground to walk this path with my clients. In our first session, we will exchange introductions and then we can start collaborating! There is no "one size fits all," so I work with my clients to help them set goals that are realistic and attainable. Having "life experience" and living outside of the US has been an invaluable source of knowledge for me (Brazil, Zimbabwe, and South Africa) and helped me to grow as an individual as well.
