I’m a licensed therapist practicing in Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), in New Hampshire as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), and in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a concentration in Global Mental Health from William James College in Boston, MA. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating family, relationship, and career stress, as well as burnout.
