Crossan Counseling has 2 locations, Parkton, in Northern Baltimore County, and at the Ruscombe Mansion in Baltimore City.I believe strongly in the healing power of empathy and support in my relationship with clients. I also believe that every person can be resilient. An important part of therapy is to tap into a client's strengths to build lasting coping skills. I incorporate client centered and cognitive- behavioral approaches, with new technology to provide relief of symptoms, and give clients the ability to improve their lives. I also coach to improve performance in sports, academics, career or the performing arts.
