I believe that the most effective therapy awakens clients to the knowledge and wisdom that they already possess but are not in touch with. By tapping into their individual strengths, clients can begin to heal from past experiences and overcome barriers to living and loving fully. I am a cognitive behavioral therapist who specializes in showing both adults and adolescents how to reach their full potential . My practice is strictly virtual these days, which allows clients to skip the commute and connect with me from the comfort of their home or workplace. Although I have come to specialize in the treatment of trauma, I am equally committed to working with relationship issues and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I offer a counseling atmosphere that communicates respect for my client and provides solution-focused service for individuals and families.
