Accepting New Clients - Life presents many challenges, and sometimes those might be a death in the family, cancer, job loss, or trauma. Our minds can create too much stress, depression, or anxiety. A mental health disorder could take over our minds and what we think about on a daily basis. How does one manage all of these things that can happen within our life time? What if it is your child that is trying to get along with these difficulties? I'm happy to help children and adults learn coping skills and get back to enjoying life again!
