Hello, my name is Mary Francois Roach, I am a licensed social worker (LCSW). I am dedicated and passionate about supporting my clients. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or relationship issues. Every client is unique. My approach to therapy is tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are the most commonly applied therapies, as they are very effective in building a shared understanding of the client’s reality.
