I offer attuned, practical psychotherapy for adults with ADHD. My therapeutic approach is grounded in my lived experience navigating attention, motivation and regulation in environments not designed for my brain. Smart, capable professionals can still struggle with procrastination, focus and follow-through. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 25+ years in corporate leadership as Chief People Officer and executive coach, developing and supporting leaders at all levels. I understand firsthand the demands placed on high-performing professionals—and how ADHD, burnout or transition can disrupt even the most capable leaders.
