I began my career as a therapist during a time of great uncertainty for both myself and my clients. This experience highlighted the power of human connection, even when built virtually. Many clients come to strengthen relationships with others but often discover a deeper relationship with themselves, improving self-esteem and overall well-being while gaining awareness of how emotions are embodied. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds, enriching my practice and commitment to supporting growth and healing.
