As a queer, female therapist I know that life can lend itself to a variety of twists and turns and it can take courage to seek out support. First and foremost, I am so happy that you are here and looking for the care you need. Everyone is deserving of a safe, therapeutic space to learn, grow, and thrive. I take a relational approach to working with folks and prioritize creating a sense of trust, safety, and attunement. I work to uphold culturally responsive care and a LGBTQ-affirming environment. My egalitarian approach is based in feminist, trauma informed, and multicultural theories. I have specialized training in DBT and ACT.
