They may be navigating anxiety, depression, relational challenges, or recovery from substance use or other coping behaviors. Often they are thoughtful and motivated but frustrated that insight alone hasn’t led to lasting change. They want to feel safer in their body, understand the why behind their reactions, and build practical tools that support steadiness, connection, and meaningful progress over time. I help clients understand how personal and intergenerational trauma shape patterns, beliefs, and coping strategies. By exploring experiences within a broader family and systemic context, I support clarity, regulation, and meaningful change. My work is trauma-informed, prevention-oriented, and grounded in safety, accountability, and long-term healing.
