I believe that people have amazing abilities to overcome the obstacles in their lives, to learn from their experiences and create a life in accordance with their values. My role as your therapist is to help facilitate your process of achieving your goals. I have a direct style that I mix with a sense of humor. I like to get down to work. Therapy can be hard work but well worth the effort. Areas of special interest to me are depression/anxiety, trauma, stress, divorce, transitions, grief, and relationship concerns. I also offer intensive EMDR sessions up to 3 hours.
