My name is Mary Sowah-Quaye, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I provide psychotherapy and counseling for adults 18 and older. I've worked in many different settings with individuals and families who have a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, bipolar, stress, family problems, and relationships issues. My approach combines person centered, cognitive behavioral therapies and motivational interviewing and mindfulness.
