Healing is possible, and doesn't need to take years! I've found that when difficulties come to the surface and disrupt our lives, it is a signal we are ready for healing. Our issues often began as coping mechanisms to deal with difficult life experiences. These “solutions” then take on a life of their own and keep us stuck in negative patterns. I help my clients find where their problems got stuck, release them, and get freedom. I also integrate positive emotions like joy and hope into our work together. I practice from a Biblical worldview, and Jesus is part of the healing process in my work. He purchased our healing and freedom!
