Mary has experience treating both adults and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, mild or severe depression, trauma, adhd, co-occurring substance, use disorders and more. She also has experience with helping people in the neurodivergent community build mastery in their executive functioning and communication skills. In addition, Mary enjoys working with LGBTQIA+ youth and their families, particularly in the context of navigating the challenges of coming out, managing gender dysphoria, transitioning, and helping families of trans youth increase their ability to advocate for and support their LGBTQIA+ children.
