My ideal client is an adult survivor of sexual trauma who feels stuck despite prior therapy. They often carry shame, self-blame, and struggle to trust others. Outwardly capable, they feel isolated and long for care that is steady and affirming. Their goals are to feel safe in themselves, build healthier relationships, and release the weight of what they’ve survived. They want therapy that honors their complexity and helps them move from surviving to living in a way that feels more whole and true.
