My goal is to work with clients to overcome barriers that are keeping them from living the life they want to live. I work with the understanding that each client brings something different to the table. With cognitive behavioral therapy integrated with a psychoanalytic approach, I am able to meet clients where they are and works with them to achieve their goals.
