I provide trauma-informed treatment to help people living with depression, anxiety, grief, and life-transitions, often times (but not always) related to trauma experiences. In particular, I enjoy working with therapists, caregivers and healthcare providers working through compassion fatigue or secondary trauma. I'm also drawn to support people recovering from religious and medical trauma and grief. I'm told that woven into my work is the foundation of establishing a secure and nurturing space (whether in person or virtual) for my clients to dig deep and make real and meaningful changes in their lives.
