Life can be hard and overwhelming. Many feel alone during difficult times, but I am here to walk alongside you with encouragement and support. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, stress, life transitions, and more. I specialize in treating OCD and am Certified in Exposure and Response Prevention. With ERP, I provide individualized care to help clients break free from the OCD cycle and feel empowered. I utilize ERP to treat anxiety disorders and phobias as well. I am also trained as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator for those in need of premarital counseling.
