Together, let’s figure out what is getting in the way of you living your best life. Is it relationships, low mood, anxiety, depression, anger or life transitions? Even if you don’t know, we will figure it out! I use a variety of techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, divorce recovery, stress, relationship difficulties, mood disorders, life transitions and much more. It’s important to me that my clients feel they are in a non-judgmental safe space to process what they are going through. My clinical approach is evidence-based treatment.
