As a Licensed Psychologist and certified School Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience, I can support you as you explore your unique circumstances. I specialize in helping adults, adolescents, couples and children cope more effectively with conflict, short and long term distress, anxiety, and depression using a range of therapeutic approaches. If needed, I can also conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations to identify personal strengths, attention/focus, facilitate career planning or for school based planning.
