I believe that each of us feels most alive and fulfilled when actively pursuing the genuine expression of one's self. My role as therapist is to assist you in attaining this expression. Many symptoms such as depression, anxiety or self-destructiveness, arise when one is not acting in accordance with one's authentic self. Therapy will help identify what blocks this self-expression and gently challenge you toward greater self knowledge. We'll work together to identify your unique path toward self realization.
