Drawing from a strong skill base and a variety of treatment modalities, I’ve successfully worked with hundreds of adults, adolescents, and parents, to address and resolve a wide range of issues that impact "quality of life," while providing an eclectic, interactive, collaborative, highly individualized, approach to treatment and self care. My experience includes trauma focused work with adults and adolescents struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship and life adjustments, as well as extensive experience with women experiencing pregnancy and postpartum adjustments and mood disorders.
