I have a client-centered treatment approach for all clients. My goal is to provide a warm and attentive environment that produces personal growth and wholeness. I specialize in treating Addiction, Trauma, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, Self Esteem Issues and Depression. Everybody has a time in their lives when they need additional support. I understand asking for help is a very difficult. Change is hard and challenging. The hardest part about getting help is the first step where we need to ask. This can lead you to feeling empowered and a positive path of growth and well-being I work with clients from a strength based, positive and affirming perspective. I often reference motivational interviewing, and brief solution focused techniques/ I offer individual adult and children, couples and family therapy.
