It is my goal to assist clients with life situations using emotional, physical, spiritual and mental tools. It is necessary to process the chaos of life to find the solutions within ourselves. Empowerment through the use of emotional resources and spiritual support is essential for healing. With over twenty years of experience I have assisted many clients to find recovery from self-defeating behaviors. I enjoy the challenges of the therapeutic process in treatment of anxiety, depression, co-dependency, addictions, marital issues, grief, and survivors of trauma. It is a sacred privilege to share the healing process of my clients.
