Through my own history, I saw the importance of counseling for a meaningful life. I now hope to help my clients navigate identity, self-worth, and their own challenges. I have worked with youth and adults with depression, anxiety, and everyday life stressors. I hope to give my clients the courage to break free from maladaptive coping strategies that we are often believe and taught.
