At any age, for any reason, we can stuck in situations beyond our control. Through a warm, accepting and goal-oriented process, I can help you on your journey towards more acceptance of life's situations and of finding your unique solutions. Recognizing that many life experiences can be considered traumatic if they still affect your life, I offer a trauma-informed approach. I use a variety of techniques, have been trained in evidence based EMDR as well as Progressive Counting, and use other techniques including CBT and and DBT protocols.
