With over 19 years of experience as a school counselor working with children, adolescents, and families in education and human services, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Psychodynamic Therapy while integrating other therapeutic approaches to best meet my clients’ unique goals. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, and major life transitions.
