I work with teens and adults (13+) navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. Many are exploring identity, healing old wounds, or learning to cope with life transitions. I especially welcome LGBTQ+ clients. My ideal client seeks growth, clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves and others, and wants to feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. Therapy with me is creative, warm, and collaborative. I blend art therapy, mindfulness, and ACT with a humanistic, strengths-based approach to help you see yourself clearly, heal old wounds, and process daily stressors and emotional responses. Together, we create a safe space to feel, explore, and grow into the life you want.
