I am a seasoned clinician guided by relational, attachment, and psychoanalytic theory. I believe deeply in our capacity to draw meaning from life experiences and to gently or radically shift the stories that can dictate our lives. I aim to help you uncover a deeper, truer knowing of yourself. My priority is to create a warm, engaging, and authentic environment within the therapeutic relationship where you can show up as you are and build on the inherent strengths and insights you already have. My clinical experience spans inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, college counseling, and high school therapeutic services.
