My name is Mary Yost. I have 30 years of experience working in counseling. I originally did work in arts therapies and somatic awareness. My style is reflective and directive and I will give you tools to practice in each week. You set the goals and I will guide you in that direction. I am licensed as a Mental Health and a substance abuse therapist. I also train and supervise other therapists to become professionally licensed in the state.
