I believe therapy is about change. My mission as a therapist is to help my clients find their way to creating balance and joy in their daily life. I believe all people have the ability to build a strong, healthy, and peaceful self. I specialize in treating such issues, among others, as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, relationship issues, parenting, marriage counseling, pre-marriage counseling, and divorce. In addition, I have substantial experience in substance abuse treatment.
