My work is grounded in a deep commitment to supporting clients through healing and self-discovery. With empathy, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients work through traumatic memories, reduce emotional distress, and shift unhelpful patterns. I also integrate CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to increase insight, strengthen coping skills, and empower meaningful change at each client’s own pace.
