I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have graduated with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I earned my undergraduate degree in Dietetics from California State University of Long Beach. I take a comprehensive approach to therapy (body, mind, & spirit) looking at the entire person, relationships, and the environment they live in.
