I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and older adults. If you are going through a transition (marriage, divorce, new parent, new job or school, new medical diagnosis, etc) I am here to help make it easier for you. Perhaps you feel that past trauma is a barrier to achieving peace of mind and happiness. I have many years of experience helping with trauma recovery. We all suffer from various levels of anxiety and depression-but sometimes it just feels too much to manage. Just bring yourself, some motivation, and an open mind to our table! Sometimes we don't even know "what's missing" and we can figure this out together.
