Reaching out for support in our most vulnerable times can be painful, confusing, and quite literally scary! I strive for my authentic and compassionate style to leave clients feeling embraced as they are, and safe to experience their humanity. My belief in the inherent value within us all, supports clients as they develop an internal sense of belonging. I work primarily with teens, adults, and families navigating their relationships, life changes/transitions, parenting, healing from past emotional wounds, and managing anxious/depressed thoughts With a supportive internal environment, we are all capable of growth and healing. I approach therapy using trauma-informed and culturally mindful practices, blending Person Centered, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness in my work. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to those who are good candidates.
