I work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling to cope with trauma, anger, anxiety, depression, and a wide array of mental and emotional health concerns. I provide a supportive, strengths-based therapy approach to support clients in achieving their goals. My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, and non-judgmental. I believe people do their best to survive and therapy is a tool to strengthen a client's innate abilities to navigate life's obstacles.
