Using a holistic approach that integrates the latest research on neuroscience with mind, body and spirit, we will work together to help you overcome painful patterns and to develop greater well-being, confidence, and happiness. I have specialty and advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, EMDR, and somatic therapy. I also provide ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
