It's a courageous step to seek help. A path to change your life for the better is here. I use both short term and longer-term therapy to treat individual adults, teens and preteens. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression and interpersonal difficulties, utilizing different modalities. Primarily, I offer an insight-oriented approach, along with CBT and DBT. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I also offer life coaching. My greatest desire is to help you find a path to the confidence and calm within.
