Mental health is my passion because the body and mind are one. We cannot be fully healthy if we do not care for both our body and mind. I love helping others and advocating for those who need help. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia since 2021 and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts since 2016. I have experience supporting children, teens and adults with concerns such as anxiety and depression
