Currently accepting new clients - Are you looking for a holistic therapist? Do you want to reconnect with your authentic, true self? Do you have this sense there is supposed to be "more"? It is so easy to forget what we come into the world inherently knowing - that we all deserve to be seen, to be heard, and know that we matter. In our work together, we will venture on a journey of remembering who you truly are and unlearning all that you are not. By working with all pieces of you – mind, body, and spirit - we will break down what has built up over time that is no longer serving you and reconnect with the truth underneath. I have a holistic, intuitive approach and love to work with motivated individuals who are ready to break out of their limiting beliefs. I use a number of modalities that go beyond talk therapy (like EMDR, parts work, somatic movement, tapping, and breath work) along with my own intuitive guidance to help bridge the gap between mind, body, and spirit.
