What are your challenges? Where are you stuck? What are your goals? I work with clients facing many changes or challenges including educational, relationship issues, financial stress, parenting, care giving, trauma, chronic health issues, bereavement and recovery from addiction. I am Telehealth certified. I work with clients through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have my masters degree in Marriage and family therapy. I also provide marriage/relationship therapy for couples. I assess the strengths of a client and assist a client with developing more skills to cope with stress.
