My name is Maryhelen Gonzalez, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am fluent in English and Spanish. I have over 15 years working with adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked with various populations that have been through many different walks of life. I have also worked with a various range of issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, anger, grief, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem. My therapeutic approach varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focus Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
