I love to work with people to improve quality of relationships and life. I draw on personal study, education and continued passion in seeking peace and flow with the ups and downs of life. I work with a wide range of ages and situations whether it be depression, anxiety, divorce, abuse, marriage, relationship issues, parenting or personality issues. I utilize CBT, DBT, Psycho-education, mindfulness, among other theories and therapies to address the mind, body and spirit in the individual. It's my passion and my life's work.
