I help couples and individuals trying to figure out life. Many of those I work with are struggling with feeling overwhelmed or disconnected as they face concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, and the unique experiences of neurodivergence and the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is geared towards meaningful and lasting progress that extends beyond my office, so that you can work towards confidence navigating your world independently. This is for you, not me! It's important that you feel supported and understood with your therapist, so I check in regularly to make sure the process feels right for you. I'm educated and trained in many approaches, so we can always adjust for the best fit. Some models I use are ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, EFT, EMDR, Gottman, and IFS, among others.
