My ideal client is the person of faith, however, is struggling to overcome life obstacles, and who may be dealing with mental and emotional struggles, such as but not limited to: anxiety, depression, intense fear, grief/loss, parenting and sexual identity. My ideal client is also the child or adolescent who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, behavioral issues, school related stress, and bullying. I integrate clinical therapeutic models with biblical counseling techniques, providing my clients with both psychological support and spiritual guidance. Research shows that incorporating faith and spirituality into therapy can promote healing and offer a deep sense of purpose, and strength.
