Via EMDR/trauma therapy, family systems therapy, CBT, & play therapy, I've worked with individuals & families for life issues, (c-)trauma, family issues, behaviors, MH, & addiction including Bx/process addiction for 30 yrs. I adjust/integrate therapeutic modalities holistically with family systems focus. I'm respectful, laid back and humorous during tough work. I'm supportive & I encourage/challenge you to grow. It's difficult to change while health & wellness may require changes. I use “tough love”/clinical directness while I am understanding and collaborative. Recovery/health requires action, growth, maturity, & accountability.
