I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their vulnerability in expressing their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work towards healing and personal growth. I provide individual therapy primarily for adults. I specialize in minority issues (being treated like others), intergenerational trauma, cross-cultural and inter-racial relationships. I incorporate humor to uplift your spirit and create a positive atmosphere.
