I am currently accepting NEW clients! A lot of times guilt and shame get in the way of real human progress leading us stuck in a paradox of emotions we don't know how to deal with. Sometimes we experience these emotions at a heightened value where you feel out of control. Other times we push them down so severely that we forget what it's like to feel emotional at all. Whatever is troubling you, those emotions are valid and there is a healthy and sustainable way to honor each and every one of them. I believe there is something courageous in knowing when you need help and taking the steps to receive it.
