I am Masoumeh (Mary) Kiahashemi, licensed marriage and family therapist for more than 24 years of experience working in a variety of settings and with diverse population. I specialize in working with individuals with depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders using many approaches including CBT, DBT, solution focused, motivational interviewing, IFS and EMDR. My passion and commitment is in creating a positive and validating environment first to bring about positive change toward your personal goals and values.
